After a disappointing phone call with their staff, I left a 1-Star Review. Since then, they reached out to me to try and make things right. I’ve set up an appointment with their Dallas office and they waived the consultation fee as well as offered some additional help in my particular situation.
Not sure who I spoke with originally, but Dr. Campbell was kind and respectful and I could tell he cared about my concerns. I am updating my review to match. I am glad they reached back out to make things right!
To add to this, Veronica reached out to me from the Dallas location and has worked extensively to make sure that my concerns are addressed and to remedy my situation.

We are disappointed to see the negative review. The proper treatment plan for the tooth was declined a year ago and settled for less than ideal treatment.
We have reached out to accommodate and see what can be done for true longevity for the tooth. We are saddened to see that even though we have reached out and try to accommodate a year later that this has been the response. A year is a long time for this treatment to have lasted on its own. This was not due to a bad job from a dentist but due to the condition of the tooth. Our x-rays and documentation will speak to that truth.
Our doctors truly care and when lesa than ideal treatment is desired, we unfortunately cannot guarantee long lasting results. Calling it not helpful when we tried to accommodate at different locations with waived fees is not representative of the situation. We hope you reconsider. We are happy to help all our patients who want to better their situations
The staff was very welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Willis was amazing! My left wisdom tooth extraction gave him a bit of a challenge, but it was nothing he couldn’t handle. Everyone was incredibly patient and courteous throughout the entire process. The dental assistant was especially comforting and reassuring, and I’m truly grateful for all their help.
I’m very pleased with the care and service I received, and I only wish I had found them sooner. Thank you, Austin Emergency Dental.
Came in with a fractured tooth and swollen gums and they got straight to work, no beating around the bush. The music choices in the office are all bangers as well. 10/10 would recommend.
The staff and dental assistants deserve all the praise. I can’t say enough good things about them and truly appreciate such a great experience. Highly recommend this office.
They were the only place open late on a Friday night. Life saver, amazing service! I can’t recommend them enough. I would have been in pain all weekend long or stuck with a huge ER bill.

I broke a front tooth and had a big, glaring gap. I had a couple of business meetings and a wedding to go to. Christine and Dr. Bell got me right in, took amazing care of me, did a great job, and my tooth looks fantastic. I cannot recommend these guys more. Definitely go see them.
