Tucked into a charming house off West 6th Street, Austin Med Spa feels like a calm escape the moment you walk in. What sets them apart is that the team are actual RNs, and it shows. They listen, assess carefully, and build a treatment plan that fits you. I've had injectables and laser treatments at other places, and none compare to Suzette and her team. All are scientific artisans! Their knowledge and care are on another level. I wouldn't trust my face to anyone else.
Austin Med Spa, has the best team of nurses and technicians. All are professional, knowledgeable and amazing. There services are Top Notch.

I had a wonderful experience at Austin MedSpa! Miss Anita did an amazing job on my eyebrows. She is incredibly kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable, and she has a way of making you feel calm even during what can be an intense and emotional session. You can tell she is a true professional by her demeanor and the way she interacts with her clients. She genuinely cares about her patients and even remembers you and conversations you had months ago, which makes you feel truly valued. JJ at the reception desk is also always so kind, welcoming, and friendly. The MedSpa is on the pricier side, but in my experience, the quality of care makes it worth it. I would definitely recommend Austin MedSpa!

Embarrassing that I’ve been coming here for 20 years but haven’t left a review! First, Suzette is the consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable about facial procedures and skin products. She’s also a great human who genuinely cares about patient outcomes. The entire staff is sweet and I never sense gossip, judgement or pushy sales from anyone there. Highly recommend!
