Amazing quality of work!! Dropped my car off first thing in the morning for my whole car to be tinted along with a visor and they had it done before 11 am!! The team here is absolutely awesome, if you need a loaner while they’re doing the job they have them (unless they’re all being used of course)

They were at 4 stars, but their customer service today was shockingly bad! I won’t be going back.
They basically told me they could do the job I needed but didn’t have the time (which I can understand) and that they didn’t need my business. Seriously?! They could’ve at least offered up another place that could help…

Hi Chelsea, we’re sorry you felt you received poor customer service. That was not our intention.
We had previously tinted your side windows, so we were familiar with the vehicle. When you came in regarding the back glass, the existing tint was in very poor condition and would have required significantly more time and labor than a normal back-glass tint installation. That's why we advised replacing the actual glass in the vehicle. From our understanding, you couldn't find that particular glass for that make and model due to the age of the vehicle.
We explained that the existing film could be removed using a razor blade, but we also explained that doing so could potentially damage the rear defrost lines. We advised you of that risk and that we could not be responsible for damage to the defrost lines during removal.
Because of the condition of the existing film, the additional time and labor involved, and the potential risk to the defrost lines, we made the decision that we were not comfortable taking on the back-glass portion of the job. This was a business decision based on the work required and the potential for damage—not because we “didn’t need your business.”
We understand that this may have been disappointing, and we’re sorry if our communication came across as rude. That was not our intention. We do our best to be upfront with customers about what we can and cannot take on rather than accept a job that we do not feel we can complete properly.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best with getting the back glass taken care of.
