After spending hundreds of dollars trying to fixing issues that led me to nowhere but more issues, I found Juan, who did an amazing job. He’s extremely knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy and to be completely transparent, he’s your guy. THANK YOU JUAN!!!
Juan was exceptional with everything. We came with no knowledge of what was going on and he not only explained everything in depth but helped us with everything we needed with a great attitude and full transparency. Highly recommend Juan as a 100% trustworthy and reliable mechanic with great service. Really tough to find an honest mechanic nowadays and Juan is that, extremely grateful!!!!
I drove through New Mexico and my truck broke down and overheated. They were able to get me in first thing in the morning and back on the road.
I wanna start off my thanking the employee (Jhonny) for having great customer service and communication skills. I was first quoted from other mechanics for 400$+ just to evacuate my r-34a ac system so I called auto tech general talked to Jhonny asked for the same exact service and came out to 60$ and got it evacuated the same day I really respect the business and people here would really recommend!!

Took my car in on July 5th. Was told it was a blown head and would be 4900+ to fix it. Took it to another shop and guess what? It was a hose and a thermostat. Avoid. Scam city.
Responsive. Honest. Fair. They've replaced a catalytic converter and steering parts on my car. They give me confidence that the car is safe to drive after fixing the issues.
Johnny was able to identify the problem of my car and have it fixed in about an hour. The overall price was reasonable and he even showed me the part that was broken when I had asked. Very great service and I would recommend in a heartbeat!!
