I brought my car in for a diagnostic on brake replacement, expecting honesty and basic competence. Instead, I was handed an outrageous $1,200 quote for a repair that any reputable shop would charge half for. The parts aren’t rare, the prices aren’t skyrocketing, and nothing about this job justified the inflated margin they tried to squeeze out of me. This shop clearly banks on customers not knowing better and doesn’t operate like a repair shop, it operates like a trap. I paid their $150 diagnostic fee, waited for a tow, and the moment I told them I’d be taking my business elsewhere, they shoved my car out onto the street like it was an inconvenience they needed to get rid of. No professionalism. No respect. Just pure indifference once they realized I wasn’t going to bankroll their inflated margins. Save yourself the headache and go to a mechanic who doesn’t treat customers like ATMs. The total cost for my same day repair at another shop was less than half the price. If you value your money, your time, or even the bare minimum level of integrity, avoid this place. They don’t see customers, they see targets.
HI Car had no brakes ( unsafe to move ) both rear brakes were metal to metal ruining drums both wheel cylinders blew leaking brake fluid brake hardware damaged, my offer if repairs done at half are quote, no used parts, items listed replaced, email copy of paid invoice ,I will refund inspection also removing a car out of shop with no brakes with down hill grade is not easy it took 4 people ( or three ) to remove car in a safe way to street to be able to tow email ([email protected] ) i disagree with your comments Larry

I always trust Larry, and his crew. They tell me when I need something done now, or when I can let something go for a bit longer. They tell me when I need an original part, or something maybe less expensive. I’ve gone to them for 24 years now, servicing a Jaguar and two Mercedes.
