I just want to say that ever since I started going here I've never looked back the amount of work and effort that these people put into your vehicle the level of communication the professionalism the kindness the responsiveness the responsibility they treat your car like it's theirs and they don't try to overcome the price and I love that everything about this place and they try to help you in the most efficient way try to get your food out within time so that you don't have to spend a million years in a rental car most other places are not that considerate of your time your money or anything honestly so I truly believe that this shop is one of the shops that caters to the customers need and well-being while keeping them feeling like hey they're a priority and they're not being bamboozled. I know my car is safe here.

Took my 2015 Toyota Tundra in for a routine oil change today and about an hour later I got a text from the mechanic, Jose Molina, telling me that I need my spark plugs changed and an alignment. To my dismay that I just had my spark plugs changed at around 120k mile and the truck mileage is currently sitting at 147k. I don’t really need another spark plugs changed until 240k miles. Also, I just my alignment done sometimes in April/May and only put roughly about 3k miles on since then, and Jose stated that I need another alignment . As a parting gift, Jose left a nice 6 inch oil stain on my passenger side leather seat. This visit to the World Toyota Service had created some serious trust issues because I don’t really know what to believe the next time repair recommendations are made.

As a single woman, finding a mechanic who will treat you fairly and not overcharge you or insist on expensive unnecessary repairs is a rare find. I've had nothing but good experiences with the shop and will continue using them for years to come
