AutoNation is # 1, I recommend everyone use them.

My appointment was at 8-1 today. Shortly after 8am , they texted me: Due to unforeseen circumstances they changed the appointment to 1-6. It’s my hubby’s birthday today. I made plans for after 1pm. Now I have to change them to before 1pm. I called and asked to reschedule it since it is going to ruin the plans for his birthday. They tell me it’s a $50 reschedule fee for not giving them 24hr notice. Yet they didn’t give me a 24hr notice. So I keep the appointment. The two guys come at 2:30pm. They tell me they can’t find the AC problem. They tell me the acceleration problem is because I don’t drive the vehicle enough and their Mercedes blue van does the same thing so it’s a Mercedes thing. They test drove the car without us didn’t even ask what the AC was doing, then come back saying the ac works fine. I trust them and they leave. I leave to go to the birthday plans and the car has the AC issue still. I call them up and tell them it’s still has the issue and I think the guys failed to diagnose it correctly, or they simply didn’t want to work in the heat. Idk, regardless the issue remains. Auto Nation tells me to pay $75 for the today visit and then another $75 for a revisit. I told them, you didn’t fix the issue or diagnose it correctly so why would I pay $75 at all. They told me unless I pay the $75 diagnostic fee they aren’t sending another tech to recheck the same issue they failed to check the first time. This is fraud. I am disappointed in this company.

I've been using AutoNation for a few repairs and have been super satisfied with their work and services. I will say that it's a premium service BUT the fact they go to you, the convenience is superb. The quality of the service is also in leagues above. They have saved me the hassles of towing my car to a repair garage and scheduling a mechanic. Plus their repairs/parts are warrantied! AutoNation, "A+" in my book. -J.
