AV Electrical Services was on time for installation of stand by generator and was very informative through out the installation.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience. AV is a local Kohler installer. They are responsive to queries and they are very professional. We thoroughly researched generators as my neighborhood has frequent power outages. The sweet spot for us was the Kohler 20RCA. Kohler's warranty terms are superior to other brands. Details of the installation process were thoroughly explained by Andrew and the team. The estimate for all we received (Generator install with cold weather heater, 200A service upgrade/new breaker box, whole house surge protection) was beyond great. I can be annoyingly OCD about details--even with multiple questions post-install, and they continued to be responsive. I plan to have them out every year for annual service. If you are on the fence about getting a generator, I would highly recommend Kohler, and you would be a fool's fool not to have AV Electrical install it.
Andrew and crew installed a whole house generator. They were prompt and showed up exactly when we were scheduled. The quality of the install and products that were provided are top notch. Everything was clean after install and the work looked amazing. All of our questions were answered and also provided a detailed walk through on how everything works. Would highly recommend Andrew and team to anyone for generator install!
Best you can get! Installed whole house generator.
We just had a Kohler stand- by generator installed by AV Electrical Services. We live in an area that experiences frequent power outages and are looking forward to the piece of mind of having it ready to take over power supply. Andrew and his team were great to have do the installation. It was interesting how they worked together and each knew what needed to be done. Installation went smooth and quick. And looks great!
This is our first experience with AV Electrical. We had a Kohler generator installed by Andrew and his crew. Could not ask for a better experience than this. Very professional, on time and very clean! Very informative of the product he sells and took as much time as needed to show me how to operate and set up an app for operation. David Pochiba
This was seamless. AV Electrical handled all of the logistics, arrived on time, and installed the generator in one day. They were professional, courteous, and paid attention to detail. They made sure not to create a mess entering and exiting my home, and cleaned up everything when they left. I would highly recommend them for future work.
I recently got a home generator put in by AV Electrical Services. I was pleased with the services I received. All the installers were professional and polite answering my questions or giving explanations on what was going on during the install. I have given the company 5 stars because it was deserved and earned by their quality of work and effort that they displayed during the installation process.
Fast and efficient team. Excellent work. Would highly recommend.
Our electricity goes out frequently, so when our old generator bit the dust, we needed a new one quickly. We found AV Electrical Services through our brother-in-law who’d had a great experience with this company. When we got in touch, Andrew came quickly for a visit, reviewed why he believed our old generator had failed, offered two installation options (using our old panel that would give us power to about half our house or installing a new one to allow power to our whole house) and gave us a detailed quote for both options the next day. We accepted the bid and Andrew’s office staff reached out to schedule our installation. On installation day, Andrew and Matt uninstalled and removed our old generator, took out our old panel and installed a new one, moved the generator pad farther from the house and installed the new generator. We were only without power for about two hours while they did the hookup and we were set to go by late afternoon. Matt walked us through how the generator app on our phones worked, and discussed when we would need maintenance. We actually needed the generator the very next day when storms moved through our area. It fired up three separate times with no problem, and the app worked perfectly to keep us informed about when the generator switched on and off. We highly recommend AV Electrical Services. If you need a generator, don’t hesitate to call them.
