avad3 was an incredible partner for our event. Their team was professional, friendly, and quick to troubleshoot when our venue experienced electrical issues. They gave me complete confidence that I could hand over the flow of our show and know everything would be handled seamlessly. They were easy to work with and truly felt like an extension of our team. I would highly recommend them to organizations of any size. Whether it's a small event or a large-scale production, they can handle it all!
At the national conference, they showed up again!!
Honestly, I couldn’t do this job without them. The level of detail and understanding of our goals and objectives makes this so much easier, not just for me, but for the organization, and our stakeholders.
INCREDIBLE COMPANY!!!!!! I had a lot of fears going into my event that Avad3 quickly took over and corrected! The way they led their team is so unique and outside of industry standard. No ask was too much or too little. They want your success as much as or more than you! Not once did I doubt they had my back or respect.
They can handle any event better than the rest. If you are a church out there, they will be apart of your team and they will execute the mission. I cannot say enough about this company! They are here to serve!
The Avad3 team was amazing to work with from start to finish! They were professional, personable and delivered excellent quality service. I would not hesitate to hire them again!
The production team from avad3, led by Marc Cochran, was instrumental in making the Rogers Lowell Chamber's Annual Celebration an amazing success! We greatly appreciate their hard work and highly professional services and will certainly engage them to do this again next year!
avad3 is absolutely incredible to work with! We had a vision to do something "amazing" - this team designed and executed a production that exceeded our wildest dreams! From the first phone call to the last day of the conference, the avad3 team was attentive and professional, true servant leaders. Highly recommend and will work with them again.
Avad3 was perfect for a big event we had. They had clear communication and follow-ups throughout the entire planning process. I have had to worry & stress out about stage setups for other previous events, this WAS NOT the case with Avad3. They handled everything on the day of our event. I cannot recommend using Avad3 enough- it was an absolute pleasure working with them! :)
So dependable, so professional. I would trust avad3 with events of any size, scale, they put an event planner at ease, setup a strong game plan, follow through in the clutch. Love this team.
The entire team of AVAD3 are absolutely incredible. We were so grateful to have them as we hosted National Police Week 2025. Their professionalism and expertise are unmatched. Their compassion for your mission and making sure your event goes smoothly is top notch. They truly make all the difference when running a major (or even a small) event. We look forward to working with you on our upcoming events!
