A.R.O.M. is fantastic! We have a small portfolio, and everyone on the team has made sure that everything from HOA's to Repair Requests is always handled in a timely and efficient manner. It can be frustrating being an out-of-state owner and trusting the management of your investment to a property management company. Avalon Realty and Oaktree Management have helped me navigate the waters. I trust the professionals there to take care of my needs and concerns as I can't just jump in my car and check things out myself. Communication is key and having them on your side is comforting. I trusted Laura Barberini with my business 9 years ago and she takes every one of her clients seriously to make sure their needs are met. I still trust her today with the management of my rental property. Recently my tenants had a concern with the irrigation systems on the property. Jose Villanueva, their Maintenance Services Coordinator, helped me to understand what the issue was, what the tenants and the property needed and he was able to get me a no obligation quote from a professional landscaping company in the Las Vegas area (JJ Landscaping). They helped me to understand the situation so I could make an informed decision to remedy the problem. Jose also followed up to make sure the job was done properly and in a timely fashion. He also checked to make sure that the tenants were happy with their new systems. I appreciate the efforts and the lengths they went through to make sure the property, the tenants and myself were all well taken care of.

First I want to say thank you to our agent Melissa for showing us our rental property. She was punctual and professional and was able to answer all of our questions in a timely matter. Second, I would like to thank Krizzia who got us set up with all the paperwork and processing for our rental. She always responded in a timely manner and answered all of our questions. My family and I are very appreciative of the treatment we received with this company.

We have been tenets with Avalon for two years now, we decided to move properties , but stay with Avalon from the experience we've had. We never get bothered, they have always been quick to resolve any issues we've had with our current residence, and Krizza assisted us kindly with the new home we will be moving into. I want to say thank you to everyone in Avalon but Krizza and Melissa have always been amazing to us.

Really great experience with the company/ladies there - very thorough doing the inspections, any maintenance repairs i needed done were always done quickly and updated me constantly on any questions i had! Great customer service and overall happy with my experience and always felt heard and taken care of!
