We filed a service claim with our home warranty company to repair our electric oven. AZ Appliance Repair was assigned to our claim. They contacted me and scheduled the appointment very promptly. The repair technician was on time and extremely professional. He assessed that a part needed to be replaced and told me once the part is approved by the warranty company, he will be back to complete the repair. They followed up with me once they received the part and scheduled a second visit to complete the repair. The technician again was very prompt and professional. He completed the repair very efficiently. We are very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend and use them again.

Highly recommended! This is the second (or third time?) is have use AZ Appliance Repair for my home. Recently, I had the heat in my dryer go out. I call/texted Aziz to schedule time. He was responsive to my call/text and followed up quickly until we settle on a time. He was timely and called ahead and was quick to assess the problem. He spent the time to clean the dust and debris in the dryer motor area. He took the time to show me the part that he replaced and took the time to show me how I could do it as a first step before calling a repair person. The pricing was fair and honest. I had previously used AZ Appliance for my dishwasher that had a leak in the that required a motor housing. He also offers 60 day warranty with free parts and labor. Great service.

They are one of the burst service providers after diagnostic they ordered part for us and after waiting for more than a week when part was delivered they cancelled. This very unprofessional behavior.
You were very much disrespectful towards our tech . So we can't handle that type of behaviors. We give you 2 weeks notice in our initial visit not a week as u mentioned. I think your demanding way too much. We cant service your home first if other customers waiting and called a head of your service request or waiting for the parts.
My LG dishwasher stopped working and was giving a burning smell. AHS home warranty assigned us AZ appliance. This is the first time in 20 years that someone repaired my appliance so quickly through the home warranty! Aziz showed up the next day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part right away. As soon as the part came, he called up, came the next day and fixed my dishwasher.
