Customers report that this Mesa detailing shop offers paint protection film, ceramic coatings, and window tinting with high-quality results. Reviewers frequently praise the staff's friendliness, punctuality, and proactive communication, including video updates during the process. While most experiences are positive, a minority of reviews criticize the pricing as high and note instances where the business declined to resolve post-service issues without charging for additional work.

The team AZ H.E.A.T. were amazing from start to finish! Jay spent the time to explain my options and was super patient while I made the decision. Picked the car up today and it looks AMAZING! Thank you for protecting my investment with such care!
I’m revising my review due to Brett and Jay’s follow up on my concern and feedback. I recommend them 100%. Staff was friendly and efficient. I think it would be nice to offer a complimentary wash of the vehicle after the job is completed, similar to high end dealerships (I.e Acura) especially since you are unable to wash the car for 14 days after PPF replacement. I was little disappointed that Jay let me know that it would be another $50 for a light wash. Also was not crazy about the credit card processing fee. Honestly, I wish the location stayed in Tempe since the new location is in the edge of Maricopa county with tons of road construction and closures.
Thank you for sharing your feedback and giving us the opportunity to follow up! Your recommendation means a lot to our team, and we appreciate the opportunity to work with you again!
Customer service was exceptional. Jay was welcoming and very helpful. The shop was very clean and organized. It was clear that they take pride in their work. Communication was top-tier. Video updates during the process was a great service. The high level of care and attention to detail was outstanding. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work, outstanding customer service, and a team that truly cares about doing things right.
Hi Alek, thank you for your review! We appreciate the opportunity to bring your Tacoma's paint back to life with a correction and ceramic coating. 😊
I am editing my previous review from 3 stars to 5 stars. Both Jay and Brett has been totally awesome with addressing my concerns in my previous review and I 100% recommend this company and the staff. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy.

Thank you for sharing that great review, Rafael! We greatly appreciate the chance to protect your new Tesla.
Very well run business! Every partner of the business is very attentive to the details, and it shows throughout the process. Clear expectations & quality product is far more valuable than a more "Affordable" job. Buy once, cry once. Make the jump and get it done right, with incredible customer service & top quality products.
Thank you so much for the kind words, Michael! We put a lot of care into our work and making sure every customer has a great experience, so it means a lot to hear that we delivered on both. We really appreciate you trusting our team with your Tesla!
AzHeat has been such a great company to work with! Their prices are very competitive, but what really stood out to me was their customer service. I honestly didn’t mind driving all the way from Surprise to Mesa because of how helpful and patient they were. I knew absolutely nothing about PPF but they took the time to answer all my questions, walk around the car with me and explain everything. I never felt rushed and they were very accommodating throughout the entire process. Overall, just a really great experience and I would definitely recommend them!
Thank you for your kind review, Jackie! We're glad that you had a great experience with our team. We appreciate the chance to protect your new SUV!
From the promotion to the finish product this company honored every word and exceeded expectations for what I know about PPF. It was a heck of a drive, but it was worth it
Thank you for your review, Matt! We appreciate the chance to protect the paint on your new 4Runner!
Absolutely amazing people and outstanding customer service! It’s not often you come across a business that genuinely goes above and beyond just to help someone out. The kindness, professionalism, and generosity we experienced from this team were truly exceptional. And amazing work! Thank you guys!
Thank you for the 5-stars, Julia! We appreciate you bringing your car to our shop 😊
My wife and I got a brand new 2026 Toyota RAV4 XSE, brand new, straight from the transport truck, and our goal was to get full front PPF, ceramic window tint, and ceramic coating done as soon as humanly possible. I shopped around at a number of PPF shops around the valley, and found AZ H.E.A.T to be the top choice for our time, budget, and ease of communication. Derek asked detailed questions about our car and also informed me that they had worked on several new gen RAV4s this year. He also worked with our budget considering all the services we wanted to get done to the new car. They were also very accommodating to our schedule to get the work done as soon as possible. The results speak for themselves in these pics. Their attention to detail was incredible. They also gave me a great tour of the shop and even let me take my own media of the process getting done, which speaks for how confident they are of their work. 5/5 would absolutely have them work on any future car purchase we make!
Thanks for writing us a review, John. Those photos are AWESOME - great work! We appreciate the opportunity to protect your RAV4 and look forward to seeing you again!
