Unexpectedly , like any tourist worst nightmare our car had a default on the highway . We called and called the rental customer service line/ roadside assistance for some help hours passed and Roso finally showed up. What seemed like the worst night of my life was easily smoothed over by his kindness. The rental company sent us many uber vouchers , that didn’t work. Rosa ensured that we wasn’t left alone in the cold, he lent us his phone to get back in contact with the customer care line but when they didn’t find any solution we thought all hope was lost. Rosa extended kindness to us by dropping us to the airport car rental location (that was an hour and 15 minutes away) and making sure our luggage’s and everything in the car was secured. I could honestly say that this was my first but the best experience with roadside assistance and I pray there’s more people out there like Rosa !
