Called on Sunday when I saw the our springs had broken and Bob and team came out the very next day. Springs were fixed in no time and price was reasonable and well within the range I had found from doing some research.
After some previous experiences with garage repair companies, it was refreshing to work with Bob as his experience was immediately apparent. Would definitely work with B&B Overhead again.

They charged way too much for an easy repair. They recommended more unnecessary work which I declined. I hired them once in 2008 and again in 2021 and they changed between that time. I removed their decals. Not for the regular guy. Forgotten sadly.

My garage door wouldn't close or open completely this morning due to a malfunction in the right-side lifting cable. My friend Chris gave me Bob's phone number, so I immediately called him to ask if he could repair it sometime this afternoon. He promptly gave me a time slot and arrived right on time this afternoon. After just a few minutes of inspection, he took out his tools and fixed the door in less than ten minutes! I didn't even have time to ask him about the price before he had already finished the repair! He was very professional, thorough, and patient! He told me and pointed out that the company that previously installed the garage door had made many mistakes during the installation, and the door wasn't level. Even though the door was lightweight, it should have had at least two springs to balance the frequent and prolonged opening and closing of the garage door. I immediately paid the full amount for them to order the springs and install them. They are a very professional company! I am very satisfied with every aspect! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Under the misleading disguise of who is a local contractor or not . My internet search discovered a local business with local address . It was B&B Overhead Door. The first moment of truth was the phone was answered by a person. The second was in the next few hours I had the owner show up. My garage had broken a spring and snapped cables from the drums on both sides. Bob addressed my situation and explained what needed to be done and gave me a quote. It was a reasonable price and he was able to install it later that day with his helper. This allowed me to not take off from work the next day and have the repair completed. Would definitely recommend .

I live nearby; that's why I called B&B Doors. They provided same-day service to replace two door tracks and lifts. Bob provided exactly what I needed and didn't try to upsell me, but gave me options. The work was neat, clean, and very professional. Very reasonably priced, with a 3-year guarantee. This business is highly recommended.

I called Friday afternoon because my spring had broke on the garage door. Bob answered the phone and said he would be out Saturday after 10 Am to fix it. He called before he showed up, showed up at that time, had the part and got the garage door fixed within an hour. Bob and His helper (sorry, didn’t get his name) were friendly and did a great job! Highly recommend B&B Overhead Door!
