Beyond spectacular! Julie, Marie, and Consuelo did our deep clean, and I genuinely cannot praise enough. They went above and beyond in every way — dusted in hard-to-reach spots I had honestly given up on, and washed the cabinets and appliances so thoroughly they look brand new. The bathrooms were left absolutely spotless, with the towels folded in the cutest array! The hallways especially were wiped clean of cat hairs and dust balls.

The biggest thing: I could finally breathe walking through my own house, and my husband noticed the difference the second he walked in. That's the real test, and they passed it completely.

We are SO pleased and happy we signed up for a recurring service. If you're on the fence about BA House Cleaning, don't be — ask for this team!
Michelle, thank you for sharing your incredible experience! We're thrilled to hear how delighted you are with the thorough house cleaning provided by Julie, Mari, and Consuelo. Your satisfaction is our priority. We look forward to serving you in the again!
Complete scam artists - did not mop, created greasy black marks up and down my baseboards (we paid extra for baseboard cleaning, and I wiped them all down before the cleaners arrived. They were significantly dirtier when the cleaners left than when they arrived). $700 for a move out cleaning to then have to spend a day scrubbing it down myself. They offered a refund and did not follow through. Avoid.
Excellent job. Hazel is great. On time, professional, honest, and thorough. She even found a wallet we had been looking for for months and she left it on the bed for us!

Delia was our cleaner today. We just had a light cleaning booked so the areas cleaned were the hall bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

Delia arrived on time and was friendly. She was able to greet our dog and help our dog feel comfortable with someone new in the home. The little bit of time she took to do that was so helpful.

The bathroom and kitchen look great! Those took a while to clean, so there was only time for some dusting and a quick vacuum of the living room. The bathroom and kitchen were higher priority so that was perfect.

I am really pleased with the service.
