On the boba, we are moving our first batch earlier so classic boba is ready when the doors open. we are tightening up our opening and mid-shift cleaning checks. Thank you for the feedback. Our teas and matcha are made fresh daily with sealed, in date ingredients, and our dining area is cleaned on a set schedule throughout the day. We have no record of a similar issue, but if you would like to contact us directly we are happy to look into it.
