Walked in and pressed the bell. Waited 10 minutes without being acknowledged while they talked in another room. Poor customer service
Mike have us a tour. I love their commitment to employees and sustainability! Playing the horns really brought home their commitment to quality, aesthetically pleasing handcrafted instruments! Well done BAC!
Did an tour here with my Alloy: A Metalsmith Community group and absolutely loved it. The tour was filled with so much valuable information. I plan on doing it again with my husband. Mike was amazing at explaining the step by step process on making these instruments.

I stopped in with no appointment with my Bach 239 C trumpet at BAC for a chemical clean and they offered to turn the instrument around in < l day and volunteered to remove a small dent from the bell flair for no charge. I picked my horn up the next day and voila, it was ready to go and the work was done with great care and expertise. Thank you BAC!
They make the rental and service process super easy. They are true experts in their field.

Dont seem to respond to emails
