Working with Bailey Design + Build was one of the best decisions we made for our project. They were organized, responsive, and deeply invested in delivering a high-quality result.
They brought tremendous value beyond construction alone, helping with design decisions and ensuring everything came together cohesively. As a project manager, they were consistently on-site, keeping work moving, solving problems quickly, and holding everyone accountable for quality and timelines.
Their attentiveness and communication made the entire process far less stressful, and we always felt confident that our project was in good hands. They earned our trust from day one, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor who truly goes above and beyond.

Bailey Design + Build did an outstanding job on our primary bath renovation. Brandon and the entire team provided excellent service throughout the entire process. James did a great job developing multiple layout options and final drawings and renderings which brought the design and material selections to life. Detailed estimates and schedules were provided for the entire process.
Our project manager, Brandon S, was awesome. He was on site everyday and provided excellent communications and coordination of the work throughout the project. All of the workers were very professional, courteous, and the workmanship was top notch. The project was completed on time and budget. We are extremely happy with Bailey and our great bathroom.

The Bailey team completed a full interior renovation of our home. It was a big undertaking. We removed and added walls, gutted multiple bathrooms, the kitchen is completely new, we moved the entrance and added a half bath as well as kitchenette area in the rec room. The team was fantastic. The project finished 5 days early so we could move in before the start of the new school year. The overwhelming project was handled professionally and timely. The Bailey team has proven methods and they work.

Rebecca,
Thank you so much for posting a review and sharing your experience, it means a great deal to our entire team. We're incredibly grateful you trusted our team with such a large remodeling project.

We could not have asked for a better working relationship than the one we had with Bailey. We were updated daily concerning the process and what was coming next. Ian was a delight to work with, he showed up every day with a smile and quickly became part of our family. Liam and Trevor were always upbeat and pleasant and were a great addition to the team. While we did not have a lot of interaction with the subcontractors, when we did they were always pleasant and professional. The work site was cleaned every day and the final cleaning was excellent.
The quality of the finished project was exemplary. Everyone has been wowed with the result.
We loved the planning process with Katharine. She had several great ideas which we implemented. David kept on top of the build and faithfully checked in with us every Friday.
Probably the the most telling fact about our relationship with Bailey is that we plan to engage them for another project in the coming months.
If you are planning any type of remodeling project we enthusiastically recommend Bailey.

We know remodeling is a big investment and takes time and trust in your partner. We love hearing that Ian quickly felt like part of the family and that you were so pleased with both the experience and the finished result.
We’re truly grateful for your trust, your recommendation, and the opportunity to work with you. The fact that you’re already planning another project with us is one of the greatest compliments we could receive, and we look forward to working together again.

Bailey is a very organized company. They provide you with a schedule and most services were completed ahead of schedule. They have a physical office in St. Matthews where you meet with them initially and one more time. Workers showed up at scheduled times and sometimes even ahead of schedule. Felt incredibly comfortable being able to leave our home and nothing walking away on us. Quality workmanship. We will not think twice about hiring them again a needs arise. Many thanks to Allonte, David and Katharine.

Thank you, Bailey Design + Build, for your amazing performance on our recently completed home remodeling project. From our very first meeting and throughout the entire process the Bailey team was there for us.
Bailey listened and supported us as we transitioned from conceptual ideas to project design and scope, all the while respecting our existing home, aesthetic style and goals. They helped us set realistic expectations for what we could achieve together and then provided transparent pricing and options for us to select. When we had questions or concerns along the way they were there to answer them. Always.
Our completed remodel meets and exceeds our expectations. The attention to detail and pride in their work is clear; done according to plan, skillfully and correctly.
A most sincere and heartfelt “Thank You” to everyone on the Bailey team, including the amazing subcontractors and other specialists, who made it possible. Special recognition for our primary renovation team beginning with our initial meeting (Brandon), through design (Dani and Jim) and production (David), and of course, our amazing project manager (Erik).
Bailey has our highest recommendation if you are considering a home renovation project of your own. Truly a concierge type of experience throughout with a team that inspires confidence, earned our trust and completed our project on schedule and budget.
We will spread the word regarding our positive experience and absolutely recommend Bailey Design + Build to our friends and neighbors. They are the partner you want and need to achieve your goal of a truly successful home renovation project.

From Brandon and the Bailey team
We just finished our third house renovation project with Bailey Design + Build. We remodeled our first-floor bath, bedroom, and kitchen in our Highlands home. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out.
The main reason we have continued to use Bailey Design + Build is that they promised a completion date and delivered on it, which is rare. Using the Builder Trend website, we tracked our timeline, to-dos, communicated change orders, and made payments. We also really appreciated having Allonte, the property manager, on-site, ensuring everything was done correctly and to the highest standard.
The entire project was smooth, communication was excellent, and the results met our expectations. We highly recommend Bailey and his team to anyone looking for quality work, dependable scheduling, and an awesome final project. We look forward to working with them again on our fourth project!

From Brandon and the Bailey team
The Bailey team just completed a full home renovation on our St Matthews home, and they were absolutely fantastic! We are extremely happy with the final product, but the positive experience starts long before construction. We trusted in their process, from consultation to finish selections, and put a good bit of time in up front. We've realized that these early stages really set our project up for success. Once construction began, our dedicated project manager was at the project every day and kept us updated with daily progress reports. The entire team was a joy to work with. This was a large, 3 month project that finished on time AND on budget. We are truly grateful to the whole Bailey team for their hard work and dedication to our project, and we look forward to enjoying it for many years to come. We would very highly recommend the Bailey team for any project!

David,
Thank you very much for the kind words. You’re absolutely right—the time and care invested during the early planning and selections phase plays such a big role in setting a project up for success, and we’re so glad that approach made a positive impact on your experience.
It’s wonderful to hear that you felt supported and informed throughout construction. Our team takes great pride in clear communication and being present every step of the way, so knowing that came through means a lot. Finishing a project of that scale on time and on budget is always the goal, and we’re thrilled we were able to deliver that for you.
Most importantly, we’re so happy that you love your home. It was a pleasure working with you, and we’re grateful to have been part of creating a space you’ll enjoy for years to come. Thank you again for your trust and recommendation!
From Brandon and the Bailey team
We had an outstanding experience working with Bailey Design + Build on a major outdoor addition project at our home. The project included designing and constructing a separate outdoor structure along with a large stamped concrete patio upgrade, and the results exceeded our expectations.
We began working with their team in the summer of 2025 during the design phase, and that process was fantastic. Brandon, Ryle, and James did an excellent job helping us think through the vision for the space while also keeping budget considerations front and center. Their collaborative approach made the design process enjoyable and very thoughtful.
Once construction began, our project manager Ian Mettler took things to another level. Ian was truly exceptional to work with. He was incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and consistently went above and beyond both during the project and even after completion. His level of service felt more like a concierge experience than a typical construction project.
The final product completely transformed our outdoor space, and the entire process was far smoother than we expected for a project of this scale. We’re incredibly grateful to the Bailey team and especially to Ian for delivering such a high-quality experience. You all are awesome!
We would highly recommend Bailey Design + Build to anyone looking for a thoughtful design process, quality craftsmanship, and a team that genuinely cares about their clients.
