I had smoke detectors installed by Samuel and Geoff. I appreciate their patience with my questions and concerns. Also, they installed smoke detectors that do not need battery replacement, with 10 yr life expectancy. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly polite young men. I would definitely call Baker Brothers again for future home repairs.

1. They installed a 240 volt outlet crooked because they did not utilize a simple common level tool. 2. They convinced me to enroll in their family plan subscription without mentioning the one-year commitment term and multiple onerous cancellation requirements.
Horrible service. Has gone down significantly over the last few months. 1) Ruined my drywall when failing to repair a water heater. 2) Took weeks and several trips with additional service fees to install a thermostat. I will not be using them again despite being a customer for 10 year prior. Avoid them.
