All of the staff was very kind and patient. The surgeon, Dr. Pali, was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. He never seemed rushed while he was speaking with me and was well organized showing the before, and after x-rays as the post surgery checks continued on until February 2025.

I am so happy my vet referred me to BRVSS. The service was outstanding; the tech was so patient and would answer every silly question I had. The Doctor was just wonderful. I am very picky when it comes to my Dogs and I never felt like my Gabby wasn't important to them. Thank you
This vet clinic was absolutely wonderful at helping my cat with her leg surgery and post care. Although the surgeons are not currently available every day of the week in Bakersfield, they were able to get my cat in the same day at their location in Rancho Cucamonga for a metatarsal repair on my cat’s hind leg. The surgeon was absolutely amazing, clear on what the plan was, and was very caring. Both offices are extremely clean and had wonderful, kind veterinary assistants. They were able to do weekly bandage changes and post x-rays at the Bakersfield office. The vet assistants were amazing at re-bandaging. My cat had previously gotten her split off within a day after an ER visit, but she had no issues with the 4 weeks of bandages these offices have wrapped. She recovered perfectly thanks to all their help.
I have had 2 of my pup's have surgery there. Four years ago, my girl had a TPLO, and 1 week ago, my boy had a medial luxating patella repair surgery. She healed wonderfully, and he is doing well. I have called the surgical center with concerns and they were able to help immediately. They communicated everything to expect, as they prepped him, when his surgery was over, and called when he woke up from anesthesia. They are kind, attentive, understanding, and I am glad they are local.
The technicians totally took care of Ruby! Dr. JHN is experienced and an excellent surgeon. I called many times with many questions. Each answer gave me what I needed to know and to do. I also followed written directions to have a successful healing of her cranial cruciate ligament rupture. Thank you so much! Ruby and I are both happy!!
Was very pleased overall
Sublime experience. My new puppy turned out to be a daredevil in a former life and broke her leg. The fracture affected the growth plate and so the ER suggested I get a surgical consult. They Went out of their way to do what was best for my baby instead of their bottom line. I hope I never need their services again but I trust them completely if I ever do.
The staff are very courteous, and the doctors are very well informed and competent.
