From booking my massage to walking through the door, my first experience today was wonderful. I was greeted warmly by Olena with an atmosphere so calming and welcoming. I informed them ahead of time I was running late because of an accident that happened on my route, and they were very understanding and accommodating which I was truly grateful for. I had an 80 minute Balanced Body Massage by Gaby and it was absolutely amazing!! She hit every single problem area of mine and provided the best massage I could have asked for. I’m recommending Balanced Soul Wellness to everyone I know. Thank you for a great experience
I have been to a few different places for aesthetics and injections and this one is by far my favorite. The prices are reasonable despite the luxurious feel, with Cherry financing to make it even easier. The spa is relaxing and the massage chair room is the perfect place to unwind before or after your service. Shannan is a knowledgeable and accommodating injector and I look forward to my visits with her
Hands down my favorite spa. From the staff, the esthetics, the services, and the overall experience they provide. At first I was sporadically going but I love this place so much that I signed up for a membership. I’ve had a membership now for about a year and have never had a bad experience with anyone, for any service until yesterday.
Young lady by the name of Myia or Miya who I assume is newer because I have never seen her before. She did the retinol lift facial for me and it was so unenjoyable. It’s an upgrade facial that has an up charge and is supposed to be 1 hour and 15 mins long (according to the site). Myia started at 11:40 and was done by 12:23– 43 mins. That’s less than the time you get with the regular facials that do not have up charges. So I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for. But I wasn’t entirely upset about that because I was ready to go long before my session with her ended anyway.
The session wasn’t relaxing and I felt nervous lying there. She was dropping things, I heard a lot of shuffling around with the products and the drawers. There were silent pauses in between her doing things. Nothing was said or explained so I felt like I didn’t know what was going on or what was about to happen.
She was barely massaging the products into my skin. She was doing those quick tap & swipe movements with her fingers and it just felt rushed and sloppy. The exfoliant she used was very gritty and after she applied it, she never fully cleaned it off my face so the entire facial felt somewhat scratchy. What really irritated me was right after she put a warm towel on my face, she put a COLD & WET sheet mask on me without warning. The temperature and texture change made me jump. She just plopped it onto my face, it got all over my lips and in my mouth, and when she started pressing it down, she didn’t realize half of it was over my eye. So it was being pressed it into my eye but I jerked my face away before it got all the way in. She didn’t move or correct it nor did she say anything. She just stopped pressing it, stayed silent and moved on to the next step.
The massaging of the neck and shoulders part was so slow and light that it felt like nothing was happening. Except when she gripped her hands around my neck. That was a bit firm but still uncomfortable because of the position of her hands. And she ended up having to sweep particles off my face at the end with a towel. I realized the pieces were still stuck under my chin and on my neck once I left & got into my car. Which later began itching. This has NEVER happened before with any other retinol treatment. This along with the shiny, gritty face I had on completion left me feeling very unpleased.
I could go on but all in all the entire experience with her was terrible. The other ladies here have set the bar so high for how a spa experience should be and this young lady did not deliver or match up to the level of service the other ladies give. Still love this spa and I will continue to book. Just not with this girl. 1 star for her. Everything else gets 5 stars.
A true haven of relaxation! Balanced Soul Wellness Spa has thought of every detail, from the calming bamboo decor to the massage chairs while you wait. Everyone on staff was so helpful and kind! Wendy gave me an incredible facial that left my skin glowing, and Shannan made my first Botox experience totally seamless, comfortable, and low-pressure. High quality, great pricing, and outstanding care—I'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful couples massage yesterday with Deandrea and Gianna! Both ladies were absolutely amazing! They were professional, attentive, and made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire experience. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the massages were exactly what we needed. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Thank you, Deandrea and Gianna, for such a great experience! We will definitely be back!

Balanced Soul Wellness is an absolute gem! I treated myself to a Swedish massage, foot scrub, and time in the sauna, and every single part of the experience was incredible. The spa atmosphere is serene, pristine, and instantly relaxing. Joann was my therapist and she was fantastic—she checked in on my preferences, ensured I was comfortable the entire time, and delivered one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. The foot scrub left my feet feeling so soft, and ending with the sauna was the perfect finish. I walked out feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. I will definitely be back to see Joann!
