I highly recommend Balboa’s Bed & Biscuit! I have boarded my cats (10 yrs & 14 yrs old) here on multiple occasions, for extended periods ranging from 2 weeks to over a month. The staff & owners are extremely caring, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am a helicopter cat mom 😅 and I am able to have peace of mind while traveling knowing that my cats are in excellent care with fellow animal lovers while they are here. The cats absolutely love the full wall of windows and shelves/ramps to climb up in the suites. I feel less guilty traveling knowing that they have the extra entertainment & engagement that outdoor views provide, as well as exercise from climbing. If you are looking for a boarding kennel for your cats, Balboa’s Bed & Biscuit is the absolute best!

We have 140 lb Great Pyrenees! This is without question the best Grooming experience we have had. Sarah (the groomer)was fantastic! Shes kind, gentle and caring. The entire staff that we encountered was amazing! Our very first experience there and won’t be our last. We scheduled a second appointment before leaving. Lucy looks amazing!!!

My baby Taro had such a great time here! I boarded him for 7 days and got grooming too. Everyone is so friendly here and so helpful. You can tell the staff here all really love dogs. They do a meet and greet before boarding to get your pup used to the facility and the staff members. Taro loved all of them and he got spoiled with so many treats. The kennels were clean and spacious and you can request more private ones if your dog doesn’t do well with other dogs. The outdoor play area is big and your dog will get plenty of cuddles, butt scratches, and pets! They also did a fantastic job with his bath. My Rottweiler hates baths but he came home smelling so nice and his fur was so soft and fluffy. The staff here are professional and easy to contact by phone and email. I appreciate the photos they sent me when I asked for updates! Highly recommend! And just fyi the turn into the facility is right before the fire station.
