I have been burned by several mechanic shops... However, Baldwin Automotive has exceeded all my expectations. I drive almost an hour to take my family's vehicles there. They have earned my trust and loyalty. Two times I expected a nasty diagnostic only to find out it was something simple. John has been able to give me budget numbers for repairs over the phone. The the quality of work is high and the price has always been more than reasonable. I have never felt oversold. John has always taken the time to explain the repair and has always communicated ETA's through the process. -Thank you Mr. Baldwin and your Team! Probably the best mechanics you can find in DFW...honest, knowledgeable, fair and reasonable prices. There's a reason they always have a full parking lot, and we have to wait our turn for service. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!
