We hired this company to repair roof damage following a hurricane. Shortly after the work was completed, the roof began leaking during rain, ultimately causing $15,000 in mold remediation damages on our rebuilt home. A representative came to inspect the damage, verbally acknowledged an installation error, apologized, and sent a crew up to address it. Immediately after their crew worked on the roof, the leak stopped. However, management then reversed their stance, falsely claiming the leak was caused by "cracked stucco" rather than their roofing work. We verified afterwards this to be false. Key issues experienced: Inconsistent explanations: We performed before-and-after water tests proving the leak stopped only after their crew fixed the installation error, despite management falsely denying responsibility afterward. Missing documentation: Inspection video footage captured prior to the repair was allegedly "lost" by the company. Any attempts to communicate or retrieve this was brushed aside. Conflicted referrals: They referred us to a stucco contractor—who turned out to be a personal friend of the owner—for an additional $10,000 in unnecessary phantom repairs. Unprofessional management: While sitting in our home after we had already suffered severe flood losses, the manager spent time talking about his romantic trip to Italy while actively denying the company's clear mistake. We have heard from others about unscrupulous nature of this company since we have spoken with people about our experience. Beware of the artificial reviews and find quality people thru word of mouth with trusted friends and family.
Baldwin Roofing just finished my total roof. I'm so pleased with the job they did. They really made the process easy and no stress. Derrick and Fernando was always in touch with me , keeping me updated throughout the process. The employees that installed the roof was amazing. They came on time and worked really hard each day. They always cleaned up the yard before leaving. My roof only took 2 days to complete. Great job I highly recommend them if you are in need of a roof or repair.
