I live out of state and yesterday was my little bro’a 60th birthday, it was really important to me to let him know how loved and appreciated he is. I was going to fly in for a visit but I just couldn’t swing it. I am so grateful and impressed with Balloons by Jenna, When I opened Jenna’s website the information I needed was right there! I got a good feel for all they do. Clearly balloon displays require artistic skills and conceptual talent, quite an impressive art. I called the number on their website and someone actually answered right away, a real live person! My request was a same day delivery, I didn’t even think they’d be able to accommodate me; small order, last minute, “can’t spend too much”, they clearly specialize Events & Venues, from the pics on their website they’ve done some amazing gigs. Well anyway when it comes to customer service, that art is being practiced at Jenna’s too, I was helped with balloon selections, colors, payment and delivery. As we get older there are less of us around to celebrate our milestones with, thank you so much Balloons by Jenna, even though I couldn’t be with my brother, you helped make his birthday and my day a lot more fun. Jenna absolutely knocked it out of the park for our kindergarten graduation! The Hollywood-themed balloon arch was even more beautiful than I imagined and was such a fun addition to the event. Had the best experience with Jenna! I booked her to create a balloon backdrop for my aunt’s 50th birthday, and everything turned out even better than I imagined. We went back and forth on a few different design ideas, and she gave such great recommendations while still totally understanding the aesthetic I was going for. She absolutely nailed it! I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. On top of that, she came by the morning we checked out of our Airbnb to take everything down and clean it up, which made things so easy. She was seriously the sweetest, kindest person. Highly recommend her for any balloon or party decor needs!

Jenna has helped us celebrate our daughter’s birthday every year the last four years and I can’t imagine a party without her and her incredible talent. She is a true artist! Any idea or inspiration I have for an arrangement she adds and modifies to take it to a whole other level of fabulous! She is fun and easy to work with - and she’s worth every penny. Jenna is incredibly sweet and easy to work with. Her balloon arches are absolutely perfect. She uses high-quality balloons, which ensures they last a long time and look stunning.
