Banter by Piercing Pagoda at a glance
Customers frequently praise the staff for their patience, friendliness, and knowledge during ear and cartilage piercings, noting that the service is often helpful for nervous children and families. Pricing is described as affordable, and the professional demeanor of the team is a recurring positive theme in high-rated feedback. However, several low-star reviews highlight significant issues with adherence to posted operating hours, including unexpected closures during business times, as well as concerns regarding piercing placement accuracy and post-procedure infections.
