Matt at Barefoot Floor and Fabric Care gave me amazing service. Even though he could not clean my chair on the same day, he asked for photos and walked me through a DIY fix. He also checked in on me several times, completely for free, just to help me out. Matt went above and beyond, I give Matt and Barefoot Floor & Fabric Care 5 stars!!!!!

Matt was the greatest. He made time to clean the carpets within 2 days of my request. His two step method of cleaning left the Berber carpets in the beach house like brand new! And their are at least 15 years old!

Matt Cooper and his colleagues have done beautiful carpet cleaning work for us each of the last two years at both our houses in Duck, North Carolina. Each time, the carpers appeared as good as new. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Excellent service! Our carpet turned from ugly to spotless with the friendly service from Dale. Can’t beat retired military work ethic! Highly recommend this company to anyone on the Outer Banks.
