Delightfully stocked store. Wonderful staff!

We’re not from the area and we were driving by and noticed this store. So glad we stopped by!! Owner was amazing and so so knowledgeable and helpful. We also received freebies for our dogs and cats!! 100/10 reccomend!

I really enjoy shopping at your store and appreciate the wonderful product selection. However, I want to share a concern about customer service consistency. On multiple visits, I noticed a distinct difference in how two older female staff members treat non-native speakers compared to other customers. They take their time, chat, and show great patience with some shoppers, but become visibly rushed and dismissive when serving us. This is unfortunate because your two younger staff members with dark hair are always kind, respectful, and friendly. I hope management can address this so every customer feels equally valued."

Went in yesterday to get kibble. My dog has a crazy sensitive tum and we ran out of his food early and chewy hadn't delivered our next bag. The woman at the counter (I didn't get her name 😭) looked at the ingredients for our food and best matched them with a small bag to hold us over and she did great because his tum is doing well! This place is awesome and totes adorable inside!!

I have been here in the past, but it’s obviously more expensive because it has specialty items and it’s locally owned business so started buying food elsewhere. Today I wanted to buy special shampoo for my dogs and I wanted it to be all natural so I decided to come here. I looked on Google to look at the time it opens it says 10 AM. I looked at all the other chains and they open at 9 AM which was way more convenient for me, but I decided to turn my schedule around delay everything I have to do today to wait for them to open at 10 AM. I arrive at 9:57 AM. No one’s there and I waited until 1003 and no one showed up. Very frustrating. If you want people to be able to rely on you, you really have to be there during the published hours that are on Google. And I know the Google times weren’t an error because even on the front window it says the times which also said opened at 10 AM on weekdays which obviously it was not.

Our new favorite treat store with many different varieties of cool dog treats! The lady was so nice and had great interaction with our dog!

Lady is very nice, welcoming and showed me a bunch of different kinds of healthy treats for my chihuahua. Tons of different brands not found in major pet stores. Think whole foods for pets!

Our pup loves this store. She drags me here every single time we walk by. Everyone who works here love animal!

My dog is a fan, he likes his treats from this place. They have variety like I've never seen!
