Customers frequently praise Barkbus for its convenient mobile service, punctual arrivals, and effective communication through photo updates. The grooming staff is often noted for their patience and kindness with pets, including those with special needs or anxiety. However, lower-rated reviews highlight recurring issues with last-minute cancellations, significant scheduling delays, and high pricing. Some clients also expressed dissatisfaction with the thoroughness of specific services like deshedding or the handling of difficult appointments.

Not a single bad thing I could say. Thank you guys!
We’re so happy to hear everything went wonderfully! 💙🐾 Thank you for the kind words and for choosing Barkbus for your pup’s spa day. We hope to see you both again soon for another great grooming experience! 🛁✨
First time trying Barkbus but I’m thrilled with the service! Samantha was our girl’s groomer and she was amazing. She was kind, showed up on time and did a fabulous job with our husky. They may be a little pricier than other groomers but you’re paying for the care, convenience and expertise. Will definitely keep using Samantha for our girl’s grooming needs.
Samantha made quite the first impression! 💜 We’re so happy your girl had a great spa day and that the convenience and care made the experience worthwhile. Huskies have quite the coat to maintain, and it’s great to hear Samantha took such wonderful care of her. Here’s to many more happy grooming days together! 🐾

Erika did amazing the girls loved her and she took great care of them while only being a few feet away from me. They sent updates on each of them which was adorable. I think the girls just found their stylist ✨😘 thank you for everything we will be back soon !

Barkbus is a 5 🌟 experience EVERY visit. Our wooly husky is an 8week rotation of driveway grooming in that Mercedes Sprinter van. No stress just tail wagging!! Our only husky groomer is Joshua!! Joshua treats our husky with kindness and respect. Joshua is receptive with ideas and feedback for maintenance with our fluffy wooly boy. Our tail wagging husky just loves Joshua!!
Thank you for your kind words, Linda! We're so happy to hear you've consistently had an excellent experience with Joshua. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to seeing your pup again soon!
