I needed some maintenance done on my old water heater and called Barker and Sons. Corey arrived the same day to do the service and he was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He answered all my questions and flushed the heater and also installed a new emergency valve that needed to be replaced. Water heater works great again, thank you, Corey! I will definitely be using Barker and Sons on any future plumbing projects.

Best service out there. Smelt a small gas leak coming from my fireplace. Called they said they had a tech in my area and they were here in 15 minutes after calling. Came in inspected it explained everything in great detail which was nice , took about 5 minutes to cap and it was done. Would definitely recommend this business and tech

From start to finish, a great experience in customer service. My call with Tina this morning was a delight - “how can we make your day better?” - she is the gold standard on how to speak to customers. I was kept updated all the way through the morning on ETA. Tanner and Jesse showed up and were polite, clear and transparent. They chose the most conservative approach first which I greatly appreciated. They scoped the entire system and showed us all the footage. They have presented us with several options for going forward and there was no charge for today’s house call. I almost fell over when he said that! They have really impressed me and if we move forward, we will definitely use them.

I will always go to them for my plumbing needs. They work great as a team, very transparent, and work within budgets with multiple solutions. With an older home i have had quite a few issues come up over the years and they have been there through it all with me and have always taken care of me.
