Good staff, helpful and courteous. They were out of my kind of dog food, tho. It was my 13th bag ( therefore free) but I had to get lamb nutri source instead of beef. My dog doesn't seem to like it so much.🙄

Hannah is absolutely amazing! She has been grooming my dogs for the past 6 years, and I wouldn’t trust them with anyone else. She takes such wonderful care of them and is always so kind, patient, and loving. They always come home looking fantastic and absolutely adorable! 🐶❤️ After six years, I can truly say Hannah is the best. She is incredibly talented at what she does, but what means the most to me is how well she treats my babies. Knowing they are in such caring hands gives me complete peace of mind. I can’t recommend Hannah enough. She is simply the best and the kindest! 🐾❤️

Love this place. Honestly they should open something like this on the east side of lake mead blvd. My dog loves it here. They provide you with everything you need to wash your dog yourself in their self serve dog washes. They also provide other services that you might not be able to do yourself.

Kelli and the crew at this location are wonderful! Fair pricing and she can accommodate my anxious dog with no problems. So glad my friend recommended this groomer; I have also referred friends and we’ve all continued to have positive experiences here!

First visit here and likely my last. I went today with a friend and was met with some pretty poor customer service from an employee, Juliana. She was not wearing a name tag, but had been called on by other employees. Juliana kept talking over my friend, who was asking about a certain product/recommendations and she straight up blew her off and walked away. After purchasing my items, I noticed I was overcharged on the sticker price for an item. I was going to let it be, but went back in and my friend told them I was overcharged. Juliana immediately stepped in and said it was that price was because of tax. However, tax is added at the bottom of the receipt, not automatically within each products price. She handed the brush to Erika, who was a gem and very friendly, and asked her to check the price. Erika rang it up, and Juliana points to the screen and aggressively pointed and said "see, that's the tax." Well, she was wrong, again, the tax was at the bottom and not within the products total price. Erika jumped in and said "Don't worry, I will process a refund" and completed the transaction and refunded me the extra cost. Juliana walked off with attitude to do something else. From the very start of walking into the store, Juliana wasn't very professional. She asked if I was getting something from the dog bakery and when I said I would before I left, she just walked away. No "let me know when you're ready" or anything. Erika and the other coworker (didn't catch her name) were friendly and delivered good customer service. As someone who's been in the customer service field for almost 10 years, it was pretty discouraging to have this experience. I get it, any customer service job can be hard. But for as nice and pricey as this store is, customers should expect a bit more than what was given. Maybe she had an off day or maybe a customer was not so nice to her before we walked in, but I hope she learns to deliver better service, no matter how long she continues her retail ventures.

So far, being my first experience at this little shop, I'm probably not coming back. One staff member, appears to be named Juliana, is definitely not the friendly type for customer service. She was very distracted, disrespectful, and talked over me when I asked a question about a type of product I was looking for. I understand if it's not something they have(powder bone broth), but I was going to be open to other powder suggestions for other product types, however, she hecka blew me off and walked away. When my friend and I went outside after completing our purchases, my friend informed me they overcharged her by $1 on a brush she picked up. I checked the receipt and the price on the brush and she is correct. I took my friends stuff back inside, and let the staff know the discrepancy. Juliana jumped in immediately and said "that's because it's the tax". She handed the product to her peer, Erika (extremely friendly) and told her to ring it up. Erika did, and Juliana points at the screen and aggressively, and full confidence, says "see? That's tax". I immediately stated, that's now how tax works. It's taxed at the bottom of the receipt after the total." Erika jumped in and stated, "don't worry about it, I will process the refund." Erika completed the transaction while Juliani disappeared to do something else. Erika and her other peer, whom I apologize I didn't catch her name tag, were delightful and friendly. Their peer Juliana, not even close. As upscale as this store appears, this young lady has a lot to learn with respect to customer service. I hope she learns as I did many many years ago. Retail isn't easy. I get that. But please take the advice for the future.
