Customers frequently praise the punctuality, professional communication, and thorough cleanup associated with roof replacements and repairs. Positive feedback highlights detailed explanations of necessary work and efficient project completion within promised timeframes. However, a minority of low-star reviews cite significant dissatisfaction with post-installation quality issues, such as persistent leaks or material defects, alongside complaints about unreturned calls, last-minute scheduling conflicts, and high pricing relative to competitors.

Eric and Gary did a great job on our roof/chimney vent. They showed up on schedule and worked through till the job was complete. And they cleaned up very good after the job was complete.
Thanks so much!
We were very pleased with Barnett roofing through the whole process from Tim coming and giving us a quote on our roof to Josh and his crew putting the roof on. Very pleased with this company. They worked hard and were very thorough.
Thanks Jake! We really appreciate your support
Matthew and crew did an exceptional job; on-time, very professional, great work!

Barnett Roofing has completed work for multiple homeowners in Lakemoor Hills. We decided to have them do our roof repair. We were NOT disappointed! They provided a quick estimate with great customer service. Justin returned and put a collar around one of the vents that had cracked sealing a major leak. Jimmy and crew completed the entire repair yesterday. Clear communication and great customer service. He documented the completed work with pictures and explanations. We highly recommend this company for roof repair or replacement. Great experience from estimate to work completion.
Thanks for the great feedback and the great review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Eric at Barnett Roofing! From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure we understood everything. What really stood out to me was the time Eric took to thoroughly explain the repairs that were needed, why they were necessary, and exactly what work would have to be done. He didn’t just throw a bunch of roofing terms at us and expect us to understand. He took the time to walk us through everything, answer our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable and confident about the entire process.
Thank You very much!
The process went great. Great workers. Matt, the foreman was very friendly and knowledgeable. Zach, the trainee was very friendly and sociable. They did a great job cleaning up. I will definitely recommend Barnett Roofing.
Thank you, Brad. We really appreciate your feedback.
Wes and his crew did an excellent job in replacing our roof. It was a two-day job and they kept us informed of the progress in a timely manner. Clean up was thorough and our landscaping was well protected.
Thank you, sir. We really appreciate the great feedback. I will pass this on to Wes and his team.
Jimmy and the crew did a great job! I have to recommend them to anybody that needs roof repair or replacement. The salesman Justin did a great job. I had way more questions than a normal customer, and he handled them ease. Great team over at Bennett Roofing
Thanks Jason! We appreciate your feedback
Great work from these guys. I had a roof leak that needed fixing and went straight to Barnett Roofing. Got an estimate from Justin the day after I called them. The roof was repaired a week later by Eric and Gary. They found some unexpected damage from a previous repair done by someone else and went above and beyond to fix it. I will be calling them back out in a few years when the whole roof needs replacing. Great work, exceptional customer service, fair pricing.
Thank you very much! We appreciate the feedback
Barnett Roofing did a fantastic job. They made the whole process easy. They replaced our entire roof in a day and a half. Everyone we dealt with was nice and professional. Did everything on time and as promised. Highly recommend them for all roofing needs.
Thank you Sir!
