Customers consistently praise the company for punctuality, professional communication, and efficient handling of demolition, site work, and junk removal tasks. Many reviewers highlight fair pricing and the team's ability to accommodate last-minute requests or difficult items. The primary criticism involves the final cost being higher than anticipated, as the price depends on the volume of space items occupy in the truck rather than a fixed upfront quote.

I was referred by a friend and was very happy with services. From the moment I contacted Barten Brothers and spoke with Mary she was extremely helpful and arranged services quickly. She maintained contact before and after pick up. Mike and his crew were excellent. They quickly and carefully removed heavy furniture as well as a lot of junk in the garage. I would definitely use them again.
