Bartlett Body Shop

They were very nice, and gave a real good estimate.

Needed a repair job on my bumper, got an estimate from another auto repair shop cost $$$. Went to Bartlett Auto Shop got it repaired while I waited 45 minutes & they saved me thousands!!! Wonderful customer service!

Hunter at Bartlett Body Shop is absolutely amazing! A tree fell on my van, and I was extremely stressed trying to find the right body shop to handle the repairs. I visited three different locations, and Bartlett Body Shop definitely impressed me. From the very beginning, Hunter took his time inspecting my van, taking pictures, and even placing protective tape over the roof to help prevent rain from leaking inside. He explained everything clearly and gave me instructions that were extremely helpful throughout the process. Once I dropped my van off, Hunter kept me updated every week, and sometimes he would even call twice to make sure I knew what was going on. I had a few issues with my insurance, but Hunter reassured me not to worry and said he would take care of it—and he did! I would 100% recommend Bartlett Body Shop to my family and friends. Everyone was friendly, helpful, professional, and truly went above and beyond. Thank you again, Hunter, for all your help and for making a stressful situation so much easier! I truly appreciate everything you did!

Love this body shop! They treat you great and like you’ve been knowing them for years. They treat you like family! I would definitely recommend this body shop! Made me feel comfortable, relaxed like home.

I highly recommend this hidden gem right here in the heart of Bartlett. Their friendly professional staff was eager to assist. Easy scheduling for estimates. They made you feel like a person not just a sell. We need more business with this model!

They were very friendly people and gave me a great price. I will return if I need more body work done.

I am so impressed with Bartlett Body Shop. They were super thorough, friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. In a world where exceptional customer service is scarce, it was refreshing to experience just that, exceptional customer service. I highly recommend!

I went there to get an estimate to fix my passenger side mirror. Well the replacement price was out of my price range at the time. I was thoroughly convinced that Phillip Glass was giving me the best possible price. Will, with estimate in hand and heading back to my truck. Mr.Glass asked Mr. Rick to at the mirror. The two of them got the mirror looking good and to my satisfaction. All the staff that I encountered were very pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend Bartlett Body Shop for any body work. This was my second experience with them. Thank you Bartlett Body Shop.
