We had our regular Fall check of our system with our regular HVAC tech, Mitchell. He is always pleasant and courteous, plus he has demonstrated more than once when servicing our HVAC that he really knows his stuff. He previously dealt with a leak due to a cracked drainage pipe from one of our two units. Mitchell is 2nd generation in HVAC maintenance and repair. We will always recommend Bartlett, and their guy for our area, Mitchell.

Willie was knowledgeable, polite, and quick. He analysed the problem with my gas heater for the upstairs zone, and replaced the filter which had become clogged with dust and lint. I would recommend Bartlett to anyone here in Marietta.

Had an amazing experience with Bartlett Heating & Cooling today! We have original builder grade units that have finally had enough and need to be replaced. Mario and Jeff did an amazing job on explaining the situation and showing us the details of everything! They both then sat down and explained our options and prices for everything, and answered any questions that we had. We set up to have both our units replaced and got on the schedule quickly. If you are looking for a quality and honest HVAC company to work with, Bartlett is what you are looking for! They will take great care of you! As a side note…. We had a b-ball showdown to see who was the best! It was close…. But Jeff won out and is the current basketball champion!

Stephen and Sean were amazing! Came to give our HVAC units a tune up before heat season. They were incredibly thorough and detailed in their debrief afterwards. The state of our systems with all suggested services were explained in detail. I loved how at no point in our appointment did I feel pressured to go through with a service or repair that wasn’t necessary for safety, although they were offered as suggested options. This company, particularly Stephen and Sean, got customer satisfaction and service right. I will definitely be using Bartlett moving forward.
