We recently moved from Ohio to Andalusia, AL. We used Keron Kyzar from the Bass Agency as our realtor. We were unfamiliar with the area, and we were buying our house sight unseen. Keron was incredible. She guided us through every step of the way. She did FaceTime tours on the weekends to accommodate our schedules. She answered the phone every time we called, answered all our questions, and made the move down here as smooth and seamless as possible. She provided us with the names and numbers of all the utility companies, school enrollment information, and she even came over to collect our packages and supervised our internet installation prior to our arrival. After having a “self checkout” experience with our realtor in Ohio, our experience with Keron was redeeming and refreshing to our moving experience.
