We experienced an emergency whole-house blockage and called Bass Ready Rooter at 7:30 AM on a Saturday. They arrived within an hour and worked for more than two hours to clear the blockage. John explained the process step by step, clearly outlined the necessary work, and successfully resolved the issue.
We greatly appreciated their prompt response, professionalism, and commitment to solving the problem. We couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely call Bass Ready Rooter for any future drain cleaning needs. Highly recommended!

We appreciate you sharing your feedback, Kathy. It is great to know you were pleased with our professionalism and responsiveness. Thank you for trusting Bass' Reddy Rooter, and we're always here if you need us again.
Very disappointed. I was very explicit regarding what I needed - there was 5 inches of water in my neighbor’s basement. They unclogged the drain and pipe, but would not pump out the water from the basement.. Why would I use this company again? Awful experience.
Great overall experience, the technician that came here was knowledgeable and upbeat. Thank you again!
