Rene has helped us over the years to pick out the perfect pieces for our homes. The couch we picked out is going to fit in our home over the upcoming seasons. Once again, this Basset Furniture store went above and beyond. Chance (store manager) took the time, and with great patience, answered all of our questions and gave us even more information than asked by us to help us narrow down our selection of a new sofa. He did all of this just prior to closing time. Then, the next day we met with Christine (our past designer) and she followed suit where Chance left off. She also has great patience, great ideas and taste. She is very friendly and warm. Bassett Furniture has wonderful products but it is the staff that wants us to keep coming back. Thanks, Christine and Chance.
Thank you, Carol! We're delighted to hear about your positive experience with Chance and Christine. Their dedication to providing exceptional service truly makes a difference, and we appreciate your kind words. Looking forward to seeing you again!
I’ve always been a fan of Bassett furniture because they offer a quality product at an affordable price plus you have the ability to customize many of their products. The Bassett store in Meridian is a very special store because of their amazing staff. They are all so helpful, kind and go out of their way to get you exactly what you’re looking for. I can’t say enough great things about this store and the staff, they truly make you feel like family :)
Thank you, Jackie! We're so glad to hear you love our furniture and that our team made your experience special. Your kind words mean a lot to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts!
