I ordered two RV house batteries online.
This is the first time I've been told that I have to install them myself. They do not offer a installation service on RV house batteries.
This doesn't gel with me. I've had these same batteries replaced at another batteries plus location.

Did my research and found the best deal on a battery and the CCA that I wanted; turns out BatteriesPlus had the best deal. I had a new battery in the car that same day and was back on the road. The gentleman at the store was super nice, he carried the battery to the car for me. I found their prices to be very competitive, and they have the name brands that I prefer.

Thank you, Michael Slusher! Glad Batteries Plus in Santa Maria could test and replace your battery without delay.
Not reliable products and poor return policy. I purchased a marine battery for my boat a month ago. It sat in my garage for three weeks, knowing it would be ready. We have had no really warm days. I noticed it was leaking as it sat there from the top, and was surprised, but thought maybe it got moved around too much. Last week, I went to install it on my boat and wiped off the top and checked the battery and it was dead! I put it on a 5amp charger and it took 4 hours to bring the charge up. I installed it in the boat and the boat would not start. 12.4 volts. I noticed it leaking out of the top while sitting there in the boat again so I removed it and went and bought another battery that worked. I went to return this battery a week later and the customer service rep said it was too late, I only had a couple of weeks to do so. He also said it was a good battery and tested "brand new" after I had charged it. But, it leaks and will not hold a charge. Something is wrong with it. I said "I would not be here if the battery was good." I left the battery at the store and said his policies mean I take the loss but I will not do business there anymore. The products are not reliable. And, I told him I wouldn't sell it to another customer if I were him. For $200 I learned who not to do business with.

OLD ITEM,NEW ITEM,WEIRD ITEM,THEY GOT THE BATTERY OR BULB!!
(1)I'm an 84 year old former mountaineer. I've climbed 43 of the 50 state highpoints. I've also climbed the highest mountain in Australia, Western Europe, Africa and South America. The battery on my old Suunto Altimeter watch died. My trusty watch repair man in Nippmo said the battery is no longer used in Suunto watches and is not supported! Guess what? Batteries Plus got it!!
(2) My home in Santa Maria has an overhead light/fan in the living room. To make the fan go on and rotate clockwise or counterclockwise I have a gadget similar to a TV remote that requires a strange battery. The battery is about 1/2 the size of a AAA battery and is 12 volts which is the same electromotive force in a car battery !! Guess what ? Batteries Plus got it!!
(3) This same overhead light/fan does not have a regular light bulb, it has a 2 inch light "stick." Guess what? Batteries Plus got it!!
(4) My girlfriend's car battery died on her 2011 Ford Focus. We got a good deal at Batteries Plus!!
Most of this happened a week ago. It made the new year happy.
