As a hunting dog owner born and raised in Bozeman, I have had experiences with numerous vets in the region. I have chosen Baxter Creek for over a decade for all of my dogs because I have been repeatedly impressed with their clinical quality and quickly responsive administrative teams. I trust every single vet (Dr. Spencer and Dr. B are our favorites!) who practices here and have received above and beyond support for our very active hunting dogs who travel to Alaska for work annually. Always appreciate them walking us through all of our options so we can make a care plan as a team.

I’ve been going to this clinic for the past 18 months and it has been a very good choice. The office is very clean and they are very respectful of my time and don’t make me wait around. My most recent visit, the vet was so energetic and kind to my dog and it really relaxed him I could tell. My only ugh 😩 is the final bill amount. It just seems that if I lived anywhere outside of Gallatin Valley it would be more realistic pricing. I own a business too and understand there are steep costs today, especially for medical care of any type. Glad I switched to Baxter Creek regardless!

My first visit to Baxter Creek was a great experience. The waiting room was calm and clean. I was checked in right away and taken back to a room with my pup quickly and the doctor arrived promptly as well.

Brought my cat in for a consultation and turned me away. My cat was very sick at this point and might have needed emergency surgery. They would not listen to my explanation. Terrible customer service. Please work on it.
