Called in to check floor inventory and if opened on Saturday. Was told that there were in stock and would need to check back in first thing in tje morning 7:30.Got there and warehouse was closed @12:00. Not as i was explaining over the phone. Also rep was not any help very rude.

Bay Area Floors is outstanding to work with. David was my sales guy and got everything scheduled for me. He sherpa-ed the whole process, and the contractors that they brought in to do the installation were *outstanding*- Fernando & Manuel. They were as meticulous as anyone could be- all boards cut with precision and everything linear the entire length of the house. Ask for them if you can get them!

The most important part of any project is communication. Rob and his team recently completed a 2900 square foot project in our home with great results and no issues.
