I can’t say enough great things about Bay Area Kids Rentals! For my son’s 1st birthday party, they truly brought the vision to life and made the entire process stress-free. From the kid-sized tables and chairs with activity mats to the ball pit, bouncer/jumper, plushie machine, and the beautiful center backdrop and décor — everything was clean, high-quality, and absolutely perfect for a toddler celebration. The setup created a fun, safe, and engaging space that kept the little ones entertained the whole time. What stood out the most was their professionalism. They arrived on time for both setup and takedown, handled everything efficiently, and allowed me to focus on hosting, enjoying the moment, and celebrating my son without worrying about logistics. That peace of mind was priceless. They also went above and beyond by connecting me with other trusted vendors for additional party needs, which made planning so much easier. It felt like having a supportive partner rather than just a rental service. If you’re planning a children’s party in the Bay Area and want a seamless, beautiful, and fun experience, I highly recommend Bay Area Kids Rentals. They helped make our son’s milestone celebration truly unforgettable!

We had an amazing experience working with Tayo and her crew from Star to finish. She was attentive, patient, and thoughtful in all her recommendations. She worked with me to tailor all items exactly to my preference (for example a customized place mat and colors by color codes to get it exactly right). They trialed their new plushie machine for the first time for my daughter’s party so there were a couple things to work out but overall it was very entertaining. All the parents and kids loved the novelty of the “build a bear” at home experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Tayo went above and beyond to add little details like rainbow letters for the shirts and special glue, to match the rainbow unicorn theme. She is truly a perfectionist and someone you can trust to deliver. Overall it was an A+ experience with a gorgeous and fun result! Can’t wait to work with them again!

We had a great experience the Bay Area Kids Rentals, the bounce house and ball pit were perfect for our 3 year olds party and they helped make it extra festive by putting us in touch with a balloon designer. Overall wonderful experience!

Clean equipment and really friendly team! I would use them again for sure. We rented a giant ball pit for my 5yo son’s birthday and it was a nice change up from the standard bounce house
