The young man who took care of the little dog was very kind.
I’ve tried multiple other mobile dog washes in the area, and Bay Area Mobile Dog Wash has stood out by far! They did an amazing job with Chloe, treated her so well, and she came out looking absolutely beautiful. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs and take pride in what they do. They also did a great job…
Did a great job! I have an old black lab who usually doesnt like being groomed, but they were so kind and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!
Ace was super friendly and great with my golden retriever. Found my new go to groomer!
He was really good with my dog. And he does the gland thing which is very important when it comes to
Very well recommended great service you won't regret it our English bulldog is a handful but they were able to get the job done 10/10 thank you
Overall, we had a very positive experience with our first mobile grooming appointment. Although he arrived a little late due to a minor scheduling miscommunication, Ace was very kind, communicative, and especially patient with our dog, who can be anxious about grooming. He took the time to help him feel comfortable,…
Asa was wonderful! He was on time and took great care of my fur babies. They came back clean and happy. We will definitely be reaching back out to Asa soon!
SUCH a great - and easy! - experience! Asa was immediately responsive (I love when businesses actually answer their phone!), worked Moose in within 24 hours, was communicative throughout, bought unscented products specifically for us, did a great job with my 12 year old doodle … all in all: amazing service!
Ace at Bay Area Mobile Dog Wash was absolutely wonderful with my senior dog. He was so gentle and patient with him, which meant everything to me given his age — I could tell he genuinely cared about his comfort throughout the whole process. Beyond the excellent care, Ace was warm, loving, and clearly an animal lover…
If you want a great experience that surpasses all others, Ace is who you should call! My pooch loved him and I will be using from now on. What impressed me was his calm demeanor. Ace loves what he does and you can tell. Thank you Ace
Ace is professional and amazing! Stella the Pug and I had a wonderful experience. He came to our house, and finished in under an hour, which made my life easier with my busy schedule. He brought all the supplies he needed—even the water! Ear clean, bath, and nail trim. She was a little nervous, but Ace knew how to…
Ace was great with my 3 small dogs. They got washed and towel dried, their ears checked, their nails trimmed. One star off because he trimmed one nail too far and it bled for a long time, plus distressed my already anxious dog. Important to know that this service isn't van-based (yet). Ace brings a portable wash…
