Fui por información y pagué unas clases y llevé todos los documentos le dije a la chica unas preguntas sobre el primer día a la q respondió( Todo te llegara al imail ) luego me llaman diciendo q los documentos están mal q faltan vacunas. La misma chica q no me quería responder…

Our dog Dave has been going here for years and LOVES it. We can see in the photos that they post on Facebook that he's having a good time. We've taken the behind-the-scenes tour on a Saturday and felt confident that we had chosen a caring and knowledgeable team of people to watch our pup.

No me gustó la experiencia de ir. Fui por información y pagué unas clases y llevé todos los documentos le dije a la chica unas preguntas sobre el primer día a la q respondió( Todo te llegara al imail ) luego me llaman diciendo q los documentos están mal q faltan vacunas. La misma chica q no me quería responder preguntas en mi visita en persona me devolvió el dinero si! Pero fue una pérdida de tiempo. Ojo si no hablas 100% inglés no pierdas el tiempo por q de su parte no intentarán ayudarte!
Hi Luz, I’m sorry that your interactions didn’t go any better regarding the translation of our health requirements for training classes from English to Spanish. My staff really did try to help and explain things, but we do not have any Spanish speaking staff here currently. We did try to explain the two requirements that were missing from your paperwork in person when you signed up and provided the information in an email form that you would be able to have translated and get the updated Bordetella vaccine and fecal test before the class started. It is customary for us to call the day before class starts to alert people if we are still missing any of the required documentation. I do apologize for the frustration and will speak to our staff about using google translate to assist if this type of situation with a language barrier comes up again. We did give you a full refund and hope that the refund and this apology will help you see that we really did have the best intentions. Thanks, Julia

Great day care and training! After taking our dog Quinn here for a few days, we quickly noticed positive changes in her behavior at home. She is more obedient, better in her crate, and calmer on walks! The staff team is knowledgeable and we have relied on them for everything from loose leash training to food recommendations. They even helped us understand Quinn's anxiety and gave us some ideas on how to manage it. We will continue trusting them with Quinn for day care and boarding.
Our dog loves Bay View Bark. He always comes home A Happy Boy. The team does a great job.
