Everyone is friendly and they do everything to help me with my knee replacement. I know they will have my knee working as good as the other soon.

She was very professional in her work. I felt like she really cared bout you.
Wonderful staff, programs and therapists! World class!
BSW Rehab is great facility. The therapists appear to be do caring and experienced. I appreciate the care they give to get me back to mobility.
My experience here has been 5-star noteworthy. From treatment to billing this has been as pleasant as a hospital experience could be. They ACTUALLY serve the Patient, not just the Insurance Company. Highly recommend this over all of the other hospitals and physial rehabilitation centers in the greater Dallas area!
Great rehab center.
Beware of this place. I was sent there by Dr. and thought it was a Baylor Scott and White business but learned they are really run by Select Medical which I’d never heard of. It appears they rent space from BSW and qualifies them to have the Outpatient in their name, which, according to my insurance company allows them to charge exorbitant prices. Front desk told me at my first appointment, “here’s how your insurance works. Your deductible is $1500 so your payments per visit will be $231 each until the $1500 is met, then will be reduced to $34.” Seemed too expensive to me but thought it must be due to higher prices for everything so I chose 2 visits a week instead of 3. They wanted me to pay at each visit but I was paying ER and other medical bills for the injury so asked for a payment plan. They gave me a phone # for corporate office and we worked out an arrangement. I was scheduled for 2 visits a week for 2 months. Suddenly after only 1 month the therapist told me he was going to cut me back to one day a week, no reason given, but upon my departure he said that “since it was going to be a long drawn out thing” and a mention of the “payment thing,” (in front of a student observer!) he was cutting me back. This was news to me as my Dr had told me it should be about 1 1/2 months and I’d be well. I also advised him that I was paying and had an arrangement with the corporate office which I’d explained to this office. I left that day and visited 4 other offices all near me only to find costs of from $99 to $125. Then I learned that at these places my insurance pays all but a $60 copay. I never went back to Select Medical, however, I continued to pay out the treatments for the 8 visits until I noticed that they continued to bill at the highest rate even after the $1500 was reached. Upon contacting them I was informed that my insurance company made a mistake and my deductible was actually $3000 so I needed to contact the insurance company. So I paid $3000 for 8 visits with no positive results only being disrespected. Upon speaking with the manager I learned that he had incorrectly thought that I had had a surgery when I had not. I went to a wonderful physical therapy business and only paid $60 per visit for much better treatment and attention. Shame on a business that would enrich themselves at a customer’s expense after an error was made by an employee of the insurance company. Their response to me was to call my insurance company. This was new insurance company for us and their response was that I should have known what my deductible was. In retrospect I should not have automatically gone to the place my Dr recommended or to one just because they had BSW in their name. Hard lesson learned.
They are very accommodating to my needs.
Experienced, knowable and caring. Therapy has given me relief and resources if needed. Melinda is the best! Highly recommend👏
Quick results and good visits
