Customers praise the company for punctual, professional service and thorough explanations of pest issues, noting that staff often identify specific species and provide detailed advice. Many reviewers highlight the knowledgeable approach of technicians and mention reasonable pricing alongside a warranty that covers potential pest returns. However, a small number of low-star reviews criticize the business for rude behavior, poor communication, and unresponsiveness, with some alleging disrespectful treatment and overpriced services.

Joe is a professional that will not stop trying to please his customers.
Technician was prompt and efficient. Very nice and curtious..Professional. Remembered being at my house over 20 years ago. Did a great job back then. Had to call back for neighbors doing construction and putting debris in the driveway next to my house.
Dan, thanks for coming back after such a long hiatus. In an industry that's plagued with high turnover rates, I'm very proud of our technical staff's tenure and experience.
Joseph was very professional. He came on time, informed us about the species which were yellow jackets, and was able to get rid of them. We have a 6 month warranty in case they move the nest, but thus far, the yellow jackets have not returned. Thank you Bayonne Exterminating Company.
