Tiffany was fantastic throughout the entire process—professional, responsive, accommodating, and always willing to help with whatever we needed. She made planning so much easier and truly went above and beyond for us.
I also have to give a HUGE shout-out to the lady who was leading the service team at our event. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves to be recognized! She was freaking awesome! She was on top of absolutely everything, kept things running smoothly, anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, and handled everything with such professionalism and kindness. When you are responsible for a large event, having someone like her there makes all the difference.
The food was wonderful, the service was outstanding, and the entire Bayou Bluegrass team was professional, friendly, and dependable. You could tell they genuinely cared about our event and about making sure our guests were taken care of.
I organize a lot of events, and I know how important it is to have vendors you can trust. Bayou Bluegrass is definitely one I would use again and recommend without hesitation.
