Baystate Tent and Party

We are BEYOND happy that we went with Baystate Tent for our event. We had a wedding in a family friends' backyard, and they were exceptional in making sure that our event was not only beautiful, but also safe, coordinated, and did not damage any of the nice property. Samantha Knight was a superstar in helping me decide which items to rent for the tent, how to arrange the tables/seating. We exchanged infinite number of emails, and she never failed to be prompt and helpful. When the tent was delivered 2 days before the event, we were all shocked by how smoothly it went. The workers putting it up were friendly and organized, and it looked beautiful. They also had services come to the house before to make sure it could fit and that no power lines would be impacted. We were all very impressed and SO pleased!

Samantha and the Baystate team went above and beyond to bring our dream of a backyard Cape wedding by the ocean to life! From the gorgeous clear top tent with string lights, to the tables, chairs, and bar.. they made it all possible by helping us curate our day from the ground up. Samantha was prompt with every email during the coordination process, and we could not have been more impressed with the Baystate team's execution during set-up two days prior to our wedding day. We are so incredibly grateful to have found them for our wedding rentals!

Baystate was an amazing vendor!! I rented a Sailcloth tent as well as tables, linens and other tent items, and they were all great quality. Baystate was awesome to work with, worked well with all other vendors, had great communication, and amazing service for any and all questions at any hour. Samantha, was amazing and helped me with everything!!!! Can't recommend them enough!

Very easy land friendly, great prices and helpful

Baystate was the most important vendor for our backyard wedding and they were absolutely amazing! Samantha helped us early on mapping out setting and creating mock ups and getting the order together. The set up and break down was efficient and perfect. And every product was in fantastic condition. They are amazing!
