Cameron came out the very same evening we called about our well pump issue — talk about service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had the repair done within an hour of arrival. Sunday noon pump failure and Cameron and Wyatt were at the house in less then 60 mins from my first call. Very friendly and deeply knowlegdeable about wells and pumps. Awesome job guys!

After a week with no water and ordering a part that would “repair it” but didn’t by another well company, a friend referred me to Beal Well and Pump. I left a message Saturday morning for a call back. Within 2 hours I received a call from Daniel, the owner, he was away for Father’s Day weekend but took the time to call me back. He told me not to worry he would have his crew out first thing Monday morning. Very grateful he sent Cameron and Wyatt, they reassured me they would access the situation and give me a price. These two young men were very professional, answered all my questions, diagnosed the problems, had the materials available and got us back up and running. Called around 5:30 am on a Saturday reporting no water from our well. By 11:30 am the same day, Cameron had been out, diagnosed the problems, given us options for the repairs, and completed the repairs! Absolutely extraordinary service!! Cameron is very pleasant, highly professional, and extremely competent. Recommend these folks for any sort of well and pump issue.
