Rusty was a pleasure to do business with. He helped me with my U-Haul trailer rental. He was accommodating and helpful, informing me about how to tow my vehicle. I recommend his services.
Rusty is the best man anyone could ask for. He got answer for all the questions you have and solutions to all your problems.
I just got my a shed for my back yard and it was the best decision I have made. It holds everything I need it to and looks so good in my back yard. Rusty helped me out and made the process super easy!
Glad to help! Thank you, and remember...it's not a shed, it's a solution 😉!
Friendly, efficient, great service. Would 100% recommend them.

My Wife and I purchased a Shed on Saturday, May 16. We are very pleased with our purchase and the service was Great! Rusty was extremely helpful with absolutely no selling pressure. He was very informative and showed us multiple sheds onsite and provided solid information we used in our final decision. We shopped the big box stores and others, but came back to Beane Outdoor Structures for excellent service and pricing. Thank you again Rusty!
Thanks George. We are glad you like doing business with " the little guys" versus the big box stores.
Got there and the man was rude. It doesnt matter who goes and stops by....as business you should always treat everyone with respect and be kind. Learn how to treat everyone nicely.
Bryan, we hate that you had a bad experience with us. This is the first complaint we have ever received with someone being rude at our Concord location. Could you please provide us with more details so we can improve before you visit again? Thanks! "Thank you for stopping by. To clarify for those reading, we were giving away a complete bedroom set for free as a courtesy to the community, you were not even a customer for our Uhaul or shed/building business, just stopped because of " FREE " sign on a complete bedroom suit being donated to the community. My only requirement was that the entire set be taken together so we could clear the space and supply someone in need with a complete set of furniture. It would be difficult to give you the headboard and bedding set only, but not the bed rails, footboard, dresser and nightstand; and still donate a complete set to the community. It seems there was a misunderstanding when you wanted only specific pieces. While we try to be helpful, we have to stick to our 'all-or-nothing' rule for free items to ensure the space is cleared and the charitable community is best served. We wish you the best in your search."
